The breakfast has fine options with coffee milk juice and delicious croissants and fresh coffee. Tidy place, I would stay here again and again.

Hotel as a whole is beautifully kept and gorgeous, I loved it.

Lovely small hotel in a comfortable location right near the beautiful grand synagogue, liked this place. They offered us brand-new and air-conditioned rooms with the garden as well as a bathroom. Our experience here was very good.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met during my business trip. The location of the hotel was also very convenient as it was within walking distance to many key attractions and just a short distance from the bus stop. This made it easy for me to explore the city during my free time. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were well-maintained and spotless throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects that I was not satisfied with during my stay. the noise level in my room was quite high, making it difficult for me to concentrate on my work.

Directions to reach the hotel by city bus from Firenze SMN station were not correct. The bus stop ( P.zza Massimo D'Azeglio) mentioned on the hotel's website does not exist while coming from the station to the hotel. This bus stop is on the route from hotel to the station. It took longer for us to reach the hotel.

The room was fantastic value for money - it was very large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant they recommended was nice. Breakfast in the morning could use some improvement.

The downside is that the entire room only had one electric plug, and that the wireless internet signal was too slow to use. A plug by the desk would be nice, as well as wireless internet in each room.

Had a fine breakfast with a garden view, enjoyed the meal. Our room was silent and quiet, available with a bathroom, a much better breakfast, as example.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in! The service was excellent, incredible room, delicious breakfast, amazing staff! The hotel is in an amazing location, very close to the train station. Worth every penny! Highly recommend!

Would recommend this hotel.

It is quite far from the city center. My single room was at the ground floor in the back yard of the main building. Room was very dark, with very poor ventilation and without any windows at all. It wasn't good choice – I do not recommend it.
